Training or individual coaching is a one on one, and sometimes one and done, easily forgotten learning tactic. Group coaching and consulting involves one or more coaches and two or more individuals. Leadership coaching for groups, leads to lasting behavior change, new knowledge acquisition, and immediate organizational impact and improvement.
