What to expect

You can expect to develop a trusted relationship with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who will come alongside you with encouragement and support all along your health and wellness journey.

 

Small changes lead to lasting changes and that can take a little time. For this reason, follow-up sessions are recommended with clients usually being seen for a minimum of 3 months. To get the most out of nutrition and health coaching, more frequent sessions are recommended to support the change process. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions usually work best for new clients.
